Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you and DRBAILEYII Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates EmpireWright.

1. The game

EmpireWright is a free-to-play strategy game played in your browser. It is currently an early-access playtest: features may change, and progress may occasionally be reset while we fix problems.

2. Your account

You need a free account to play. Give a real email address and keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
One person may hold more than one account, but accounts may not be used to get around limits or bans.

3. Coins and items

Coins and cosmetic items are a limited license to use in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and belong to your account alone.
Coins and items cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred outside the game, and accounts may not be sold or shared.
Items are cosmetic: they never change how the game plays.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs for rewards, attack or overload our servers, or try to access other players' accounts. Please report bugs instead. We may remove rewards gained unfairly and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to pictures and names you upload, and you give us permission to store and show them in the game to run your account. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything offensive or unlawful.

6. Our content

EmpireWright, its name, art, code, music and text are owned by DRBAILEYII Enterprises, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You may share screenshots and videos you capture in the game; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the game itself.

7. No warranty; limit of liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any).

8. Changes and ending

We may update the game and these terms; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the game or by email. You may stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, if these terms are broken.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DRBAILEYII Enterprises, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
