Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026 · EmpireWright is operated by DRBAILEYII Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us").

What we collect

Your account: your email address, the ruler name you choose, and your password (we store only a salted, one-way hash of it, never the password itself).
Your profile and progress: your profile picture if you upload one, cosmetic items, achievements, coins earned, and the saved games you keep in the cloud.
Gameplay records needed to run fair rewards: when your games start, how far they get, and claims for rewards.
Bug reports you send: what you write, plus your game version, browser, screen size and turn number.
Security data: your IP address, used briefly to limit sign-up, sign-in and abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your account, keep your progress, and let you play on any device.
To keep the game fair and secure (for example, to stop automated reward farming).
To fix bugs and improve the game.
Email news, only if you opt in. We send EmpireWright news, updates and playtest invites only if you tick the box when you sign up or turn it on in your account. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn it off any time under Account. We may still send essential messages about your account (such as security notices).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the game for us (our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare, and, if we send email, our email delivery provider), or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. To delete your account and its data, or to get a copy of it, contact us at the address below. Coins and items are part of your account and are removed with it.

Children

EmpireWright is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent to emails. Contact us to use these rights.
